Flow cytometry analysis of CD138/Syndecan-1 expression by U266 cells (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with Recombinant CD138/Syndecan-1 Antibody (AF594) (Ab231932) at 1μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Mouse IgG (AF594) (Ab190247).
