The detection performance of the Renilla luciferase assay kit portfolio on HEK293 cells transfected with a positive Renilla luciferase reporter plasmid. The figure demonstrates the superior signal strength of the Renilla Luciferase Reporter Gene Assay Kit (Flash-type, S1375702) relative to the Bright-Glo-type (R1375756) and Standard-type (R1375759) in HEK293 cells transfected with a positive Renilla luciferase reporter plasmid. Data were generated using 100 μL of detection reagent on a 100,000-cell culture sample, incubated with shaking for 5 minutes. The Flash-type kit (S1375702) provides maximum sensitivity for low-signal applications, whereas the Bright-Glo and Standard kits offer robust performance for routine assays. Note that actual signal readings are instrument-dependent, and the maximum detectable cell number varies with cell type and intrinsic luciferase expression levels.
