Flow cytometry analysis of TCR γ/δ expression by rat splenocytes (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Rat splenocytes cells were preincubated with CD16/CD32 Rat mAb (A412018). The cells were then stained with TCR γ/δ Mouse mAb (PE) (Ab210038) at 0.3μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Left panel - Mouse IgG (PE) (Ab180308).
