In Vitro
ANO1-IN-1 (Compound 9c) (10 μM) significantly suppresses migration and invasion of U251 cells. ANO1-IN-1 and TMZ combination brings about remarkable synergistic effects in suppressing proliferation of GBM cells. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
