Overview

Ginsenoside Rk1, one of the main elements of Sung Ginseng, has been confirmed as a new endothelial barrier enhancer recently and has anti-cancer activity.


Application

Ginsenoside Rk1 may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in Panax ginseng preparations and Chinese medicine formula Sheng-Mai San (SMS) and rat plasma samples (post administration of SMS) by chromatography techniques.
