Light Green SF (Light Green SF Yellowish), also known as Light Green SF (Pale Yellow), Light Green 2G, Light Green S, Acid Green, etc., has a molecular weight of 792.84 and is readily soluble in water to form a green solution. Light Green SF Stain (1%) is mainly composed of Light Green SF, phosphate, deionized water, etc., and varies according to different tissue staining requirements.
