Overview

Mangiferin is an Nrf2 activator. It inhibits the nuclear translocation of NF-κB subunits p65 and p50. Mangiferin exhibits antioxidant, anti-diabetic, anti-hyperuricemic, antiviral, anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory activities.
