Overview

Cyclosporin A Acetate is a non-immunosuppressive analog of Cyclosporin A. However both Cyclosporin A Acetate and Cyclosporin A are able to inhibit IL-1 and PTH stimulated calcium release. NAG stimulated release by IL-1 is less effective by Cyclosporin A Acetate than Cyclosporin A.
