The antibody solution should be stored undiluted between 2°C and 8°C, and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
PHA-stimulated (3 days) human peripheral blood lymphocytes were preincubated with Human Fc Receptor Blocking Solution (H1374078). The cells were then stained with Recombinant IL-2 Receptor alpha/CD25 Antibody (AF750) (Ab229405) (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Blue - Mouse IgG (AF750) (Ab190249). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody. Unstimulated PBMCs were used as control (left panel).
