D 1 -like dopamine receptor agonist. pK i values are 9 (D 1 ), 6.8 (D 2 ), 5.3 (D 3 ), 6.0 (D 4 ) and 9.3 (D 5 ). K i values are 151 and 2364 nM for D 1 -like and D 2 -like dopamine receptors, respectively. Centrally active upon systemic administration.
