UltraBio™ 2×Taq Master Mix (Dye Plus) is specifically designed for qualitative PCR. It contains a loading dye (bromophenol blue) and a gel electrophoresis buffer, allowing direct loading of the PCR reaction onto an agarose gel without additional steps. This ready-to-use mix includes hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and optimized buffer with magnesium. Users only need to add template and primers to perform amplification, and the products can be directly analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis. This product ensures high amplification efficiency and specificity while simplifying operation and saving time.
Intended Use: Qualitative PCR requiring post-amplification analysis.
Instructions for Use
1. Preparation of Reaction Mix
a. Thaw all reagents at room temperature or on ice and mix gently before use.
b. Prepare a 50 µL reaction system as follows:
| Component | Volume | Final Concentration |
| 2×Taq Master Mix (Dye Plus) | 25 μL | 1× |
| ※ Primers | — | — |
| ※ Sample | — | — |
| ddH₂O | To 50 μL | — |
| Total Volume | 50 μL | — |
※ Add primers and sample according to project requirements.
c. It is recommended to aliquot the reaction mix to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
d. Prepare the reaction mix on ice or a cooling rack.
2. Thermal Cycling Protocol

Note
Because this product contains bromophenol blue dye for agarose gel electrophoresis, the solution appears bluish‑purple. Mix thoroughly by vortexing before use.
