Product introduction：
Fluolysotm probe is a fluorescent probe used for lysosome specific labeling of living cells. The concentration of this product is 1 mm. The fluolysotm probe can selectively stay in the acidic lysosomes, thus achieving specific fluorescent labeling of lysosomes. Fluolysotm probe is suitable for staining live cells, but not for staining cells after fixation.
Matters needing attention：
1. if the dyeing effect is not good, the concentration of fluolysotm probe in the dyeing working solution can be increased, or the dyeing time can be appropriately extended within the recommended time range. 2. in order to reduce the dyeing background, use a lower concentration of dye as far as possible. 3. pay attention to taking photos quickly, because the dye is easy to quench with the increase of taking photos.
