We used heparanase II/III to partially degrade heparan sulfate, and separated it by gel filtration HPLC to prepare heparan sulfate oligosaccharides and low molecular components with different polymerization degrees. At the same time, we can also customize heparan sulfate oligosaccharides and low molecular weight compounds with special structural requirements for customers by utilizing various unique structural selective degradation enzymes and modification enzymes according to their needs.
