Flow cytometry analysis of CD31 expression by human peripheral blood cells (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Cells were preincubated with Human Fc Receptor Blocking Solution (H1374078). The cells were then stained with Recombinant CD31 Antibody (Biotin) (Ab231992) at 0.05μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C.
