Overview

EMSA, also known as Gel Shift Assay, is a commonly used method for studying protein-DNA interactions to detect the activation level of transcription factors in cells. This product can be used for sample loading in EMSA.This product does not contain bromophenol blue. For visible loading, the EMSA/Gel-Shift Loading Buffer (blue, 10X) with bromophenol blue can be used.This product is sufficient for 200 EMSA loadings.

Instructions for Use：

1. Add 1μl of EMSA/Gel-Shift loading buffer (colorless, 10X) to 9μl of EMSA reaction, mix well, and load the mixture immediately on a gel.2. For visible loading, ’s EMSA/Gel-Shift Loading Buffer (Blue, 10X) with bromophenol blue can be used. Alternatively, add a small amount of EMSA/Gel-Shift Loading Buffer (blue, 10X) to EMSA/Gel-Shift Loading Buffer (colorless, 10X) until the color can be visible when loading.
