Flow cytometry analysis of CD28 expression by Jurkat cells (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with CD28 Mouse mAb (FITC) (Ab185379) at 5μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Mouse IgG Isotype Control Antibody (FITC) (Ab180307). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
