Overview

Chymotrypsin (chymotrypsin), endopeptidase. White or light yellow crystalline or amorphous powder, soluble in water, insoluble in organic solvents. When applied to protein, selective hydrolysis L - tyrosine and the carboxyl group of L - phenylalanine peptide bond formation.

Application
1.
