Summary

At the early stage of angiogenesis in the chick embryo chorionic allantoic membrane, the immune system of the organism is not yet fully established, and therefore almost no rejection of various foreign substances occurs, which facilitates the placing of drug-containing carriers on its surface and the observation of the effects of various inducers and inhibitors on angiogenesis.
