Operation method

Fresh blood droplet test for microfilariae

Move

Take 1 or 2 drops of peripheral blood in the center of the slide, then add anticoagulant 0.85% 1 drop, add coverslip, observe under low magnification, microfilariae make serpentine movement. It can give timely results, but cannot identify the species of worms.
