Products Introduction
This product is a highly effective RNase inactivation and DNA cleaner. It contains a variety of ingredients that can efficiently inactivate RNase and DNA contamination on glass and plastic surfaces and in the air, ensuring a clean working environment. Containers, lab bench tops, gun heads, pipette guns, electrophoresis tanks, etc. cleaned with RNase and DNA cleaner are guaranteed to be free of RNase and DNA contamination.
Pre-experiment Preparation and Important Notes
1. RNase and DNA scavenger can be used directly, do not dilute, dilution will reduce the inactivation effectiveness.
2. The operator should wear gloves during the use of RNase and DNA Scavenger to avoid direct skin contact. Wear a mask and use the spray bottle in a ventilated environment such as a fume hood to prevent irritation.
procedure
1. Treat the workbench with RNase and DNA Remover Spray RNase and DNA Remover directly onto the workbench surface and allow it to dry naturally.
2. Treat the instrument with RNase and DNA Remover Wipe the surface of the instrument with absorbent paper soaked in RNase and DNA Remover and allow it to dry naturally. Some small parts of the instrument can be directly immersed in the RNase and DNA Remover solution and allowed to dry.
3. Treatment of glass and plasticware with RNase and DNA Remover Soak the vessels in RNase and DNA Remover solution or spray RNase and DNA Remover solution on the surface of the vessels, and let them dry upside down. For centrifuge tubes, add RNase and DNA Remover solution directly to the centrifuge tube, vortex, centrifuge, remove RNase and DNA Remover solution, rinse twice with distilled water, and allow to air dry.
4. Treat the pipette gun with RNase and DNA Remover Remove the front end of the pipette gun according to the manufacturer's instruction manual, leave the interface plug and ferrule in place, soak it in RNase and DNA Remover, allow it to dry, and assemble the pipette gun according to the instruction manual.
5. Use RNase and DNA Remover to treat the air in the experiment room Spray RNase and DNA Remover into the air, wear masks, gloves and other protective products when spraying, and leave the site after spraying. In case of accidental eye contact, flush with water or seek medical advice immediately.
