Overview

BAY 61-3606 (Syk inhibitor IV) is an active, ATP-competitive reversible selective Syk inhibitor. It acts on breast cancer cells and promotes TRAIL-induced apoptosis by down-regulating Mcl-1. It reduces ERK1/2 and Akt phosphorylation in neuroblastoma cells, as well as Syk phosphorylation in K-rn cell lysates
