Principle

1. Giardia lamblia trophozoite examination; 2. Schistosoma oryzae egg examination; 3. Schistosoma hepatica egg examination; 4. Gingerella brucei egg examination; 5. Amebocyte macrotrophozoites (bile in patients with liver abscesses) examination

Move

1. Microscopic examination by direct smear method;

2. centrifugation and concentration, and then take the sediment microscopy, can improve the detection rate
