Materials and Instruments
Knife Bean Protein A Phosphate buffer solution (PBS) 6-well 35 mm Tissue Culture Plates Sterile plastic bags (for preserving the coverslips)
Move
1. Add 12 mg of Knife Protein A to 120 ml of sterile PBS to a final concentration of 100 μg/ml.
2. Add 1 ml of PBS/Knife Protein A mixture to each well of the tissue culture plate and incubate at room temperature for 1 h. 3. Pipette each well with 2 ml of PBS.
3. Aspirate the liquid from each well and rinse with 2 ml of PBS. 4.
4. Aspirate the liquid and dry the plates in a biosafety cabinet (to maintain sterility).
5. Store the culture plate in a plastic bag (to maintain sterility) at room temperature (can be stored for several months).
