Hanks' Balanced Salt Solution (with Ca2+ & Mg2+) produced by aladdin contains 137.93mM NaCl, 5.33mM KCl, 4.17mM NaHCO3, 1.26mM CaCl2, 0.493mM MgCl2, 0.407mM MgSO4, 0.441mM KH2PO4, 0.338mM Na2HPO4, 5.56mM D-Glucose, and the pH is 7.1-7.5.This product is filtered and sterilized and can be directly used for routine applications such as washing in the cell culture process. It is a ready-to-use solution, without any extra preparations needed prior to use.
