The Aladdin series of enhanced chemiluminescent substrates for alkaline phosphatase (AP) are ultra-sensitive, one-component reagents for quantitative detection of AP in free solution. In immunoassays, signal output is linear with AP concentration. Optional diluents allow you to tune signal intensity to meet specific sensitivity and dynamic-range requirements.

ELISA Blocking Solutions

Immunostain Enhancer

Immunostain Enhancer effectively blocks non-specific staining and increases signal and S/N in ICC/IHC. It requires no extra workflow steps and is used to dilute primary and secondary antibodies.
