The Aladdin series of enhanced chemiluminescent substrates for alkaline phosphatase (AP) are ultra-sensitive, one-component reagents for quantitative detection of AP in free solution. In immunoassays, signal output is linear with AP concentration. Optional diluents allow you to tune signal intensity to meet specific sensitivity and dynamic-range requirements.

Rapid Blockers

Enhancers
Antibody Enhancer is a buffer that strengthens antigen–antibody interactions. It is used to dilute primary antibodies, secondary antibodies, or antibody conjugates, enhancing antibody–antigen binding. Applicable to detection methods involving antigen–antibody reactions, it promotes specific binding while reducing non-specific adsorption, typically boosting detection sensitivity by 2× to over 10× and improving detection limits.
