Overview

Western Blot Enhancer is used in immunoblotting experiments, which can increase signal intensity and sensitivity by 3-10 times. When the protein or antibody is difficult to detect due to low abundance or poor immune reactivity, the use of immunoblotting enhancers can significantly reduce the background and enhance the detection of antigens with low abundance and weak immune reactivity.
The product is two-component:
Agent A: Antigen Pretreatment Solution, used for protein transfer post-processing of imprint films.
Agent B: Primary Antibody Diluent, used to dilute primary antibodies.
