Move

Take a large drop of peripheral blood, drop on the right end of the thin blood sheet 1/3, to push the corner of the sheet, the drop of blood from the inside to the outside as a spiral spread, forming a diameter of 1 cm size of the uniform thickness of the thick blood film. After drying naturally, 1 drop of distilled water was added to the blood film, and when the blood film became grayish-white, the water was poured off and then fixed with methanol. Stained with diluted Kiehl's stain for 30 minutes drying and microscopic examination. Or stain with Rachel's stain for 3-5 minutes for drying and microscopic examination.
