Overview

N1 me pseudoudo UTP is N1 methyl pseudoudo UTP, which is called N1 methyl pseudouridine triphosphate in Chinese. It is one of the most commonly used modified nucleoside triphosphates and can be used in a variety of related applications in molecular biology, such as in vitro transcription, siRNA synthesis and so on. It is found that the mRNA synthesized by pseudouridine triphosphate or N1 methyl pseudouridine triphosphate has better stability and translation efficiency, and reduces the autoimmunity of mRNA, which makes it widely used in the field of disease prevention and treatment. This product is N1 me pseudoutp sodium saline solution with purity ≥ 99% (HPLC), the concentration is 100mm ± 5mm, and there is no pollution of endonuclease, exonuclease and ribonuclease.

This product is produced with medicinal raw and auxiliary materials, and all kinds of pollution in the production process are strictly controlled. It complies with the product production and quality management procedures of GMP, so as to ensure the traceability of the production process and all raw and auxiliary materials.
