The Endospore Fluorescent Staining Solution is a fluorescent staining solution containing blue fluorescein. This fluorescein can bind to spores produced by bacteria and produce blue fluorescence under the irradiation of the UV channel of a fluorescence microscope. Compared with traditional chemical fluorescent staining solutions, this product can achieve imaging with only one - step staining, without repeated heating. Moreover, it does not use dyes with high toxic effects such as malachite green, and has little impact on the environment.

Inspection Method
Please read this instruction manual carefully before using this product.
Prepare a bacterial smear of appropriate thickness and let it air - dry naturally or dry it on a 50 °C hot plate.
Add one drop of the staining solution onto the glass slide, making sure the staining solution covers or submerges the entire sample (area).
Heat on a 50 °C hot plate for 2 - 3 minutes. When a small amount of the staining solution remains, cover with a cover slip and observe the result under the UV channel of a fluorescence microscope. The spores will be stained bright blue.
Precautions
When using this product, wear disposable gloves to avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, immediately rinse with plenty of water. If accidentally ingested or splashed into the eyes, seek medical attention promptly.
The culture for spore staining should be controlled in terms of bacterial age, and it is appropriate when most spores remain inside the bacteria.
All samples, biological reagents and experimental items should be regarded as potentially infectious and must be disposed of as medical waste in accordance with local regulations.
