This product is an optimized antibody diluent for immunostaining on the basis of traditional primary antibody diluent, which can be used for primary antibody dilution in immunohistochemical and immunocytochemical experiments.
Operation process:
1, the preparation of reagents refer to the instructions for the use of the primary antibody used, as well as the quality of the primary antibody and the content of the target protein in the sample, and dilute the primary antibody in accordance with the appropriate proportion, such as 1:1000, 1:500 and other proportions.
2. Antibody incubation After the antibody is diluted by this product, the antibody can be incubated at the appropriate temperature and directly used in immunostaining experiments.
Note:
1, this product has been filtered treatment, once started, it is recommended to use within one month, if found precipitate or bacterial contamination please discard.
2, in order to make the antibody can be used repeatedly, it is recommended to react at 4°C as far as possible to slow down the decay rate of the primary antibody. Tips For your own safety, before using the reagent, please take good protection, such as wearing lab clothes, gloves, etc.
Comprehensive hazard, handling, storage, and regulatory compliance document.
