Scope of application：

Western membrane transfer solution

Instruction： 

1.Making method 1000 mL rapid transfer buffer ( 1 × ) : 100 mL Western ice-free rapid transfer solution ( 10 × ) + 700 mL deionized water + 200 mL methanol. 

2.Transmembrane conditions The constant current was set to 400 mA, and the < 150 kDa protein could be completely transferred for 30 min. Note : ①PVDF membrane needs to be soaked with anhydrous methanol for more than 30 s before use.② The transfer time of different gel concentration and different transfer protein size needs to be adjusted.
