The purgative effect of fritillaries in febrile rabbits

Summary

After typhoid and paratyphoid triple A and B vaccines are given intravenously to rabbits, they can interact with polymorphonuclear granulocytes and monocytes, etc. in the body to produce a substance that is unstable with heat but can cause the body to become feverish, called endothermogen. Endothermogen may be the information molecule of fever, which transmits the information to the anterior thermoregulatory center in the lower part of the thalamus in the preoptic region and causes fever. The antipyretic effect of fritillary injection can be observed with model rabbits.
