Extraction of myocardial sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium-triphosphate adenosine monophosphatase

Summary

Cardiac sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium-ATPase (SERCA2a) plays a major role in the regulation of calcium homeostasis in cardiomyocytes, and studies on the gene transcriptional regulation of SERCA2a during IPC have the potential to reveal the role and mechanism of SERCA2a in IPC at the level of gene expression regulation.
