The first immunization dose of general tumor protein vaccine is 10ug/mouse, mixed with the corresponding adjuvant, and injected subcutaneously on the back, the second immunization interval is 2 weeks, the same adjuvant is injected subcutaneously; the third immunization interval is 2 weeks, the same adjuvant is injected subcutaneously; 2 weeks after the third immunization, the serum potency of the vaccine is detected by ELISA, and the potency is up to the requirement; 3 days before the vaccination of the tumor cell, 20ug/mouse is injected in the peritoneal cavity or in the tail. When the serum potency reached the required level, the tumor cells were injected intraperitoneally or caudally 3 days before inoculation with tumor cells.
