Overview

Streptavidin Magnetic Beads (2μm) preparation and surface modification technologies, these streptavidin magnetic beads feature streptavidin that is directionally immobilized on the bead surface at high density. This endows the product with high biotin-binding efficiency and low nonspecific protein adsorption.

Precautions

1.Thoroughly resuspend the beads before each use to avoid changes in bead concentration during sampling. Avoid prolonged sonication to prevent damage to the bead surface.

2.After removal from the container and before use, perform magnetic separation and wash the beads 2–3 times with purified water or the desired buffer solution.

3.Avoid freeze‑thaw cycles or drying of the magnetic beads during use and storage.
