Overview
Rabbit anti Human 67kDa Laminin Receptor Antibody, Polyclonal, could be used for WB, IHC and so on. Application: WB: 1/500-1/2000 IHC: 1/100-1/300 Protein Function Required for the assembly and/or stability of the 40S ribosomal subunit. Required for the processing of the 20S rRNA-precursor to mature 18S rRNA in a late step of the maturation of 40S ribosomal subunits. Also functions as a cell surface receptor for laminin. Plays a role in cell adhesion to the basement membrane and in the consequent activation of signaling transduction pathways. May play a role in cell fate determination and tissue morphogenesis. Acts as a PPP1R16B-dependent substrate of PPP1CA. Also acts as a receptor for several other ligands, including the pathogenic prion protein, viruses, and bacteria.

67kDa Laminin Receptor Antibody (Ab086801) - IF/ICC IF analysis of 67kDa Laminin Receptor Antibody (Ab086801) in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed with 4% PFA for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 for 10 minutes and then blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with 67kDa Laminin Receptor Antibody (Ab086801) at 1/200 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (AF647) (Ab181958) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (red). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
