Overview

14-azido-3,6,9, 12-tetroxecanecan-1-amine is an azide with pegyl-like characteristics that can be used to prepare fluorescent polymer particles by enzymatic microemulsion polymerization and copper (I) catalyzed click reactions. It can also be used as a reactant for the synthesis of α-aryl-α-diazoamide by amolysis of n-succinimide α-aryl-diazoacetate； Applicated in medical research, drug-release, nanotechnology and new materials research, cell culture. In the study of ligand, polypeptide synthesis support, a graft polymer compounds, new materials, and polyethylene glycol-modified functional coatings and other aspects of the active compound. N3-PEG4-NH2 (Azido-PEG4-Amine) is a heterobifunctional PEG derivative containing an amino group with an azide group. It can be also called PROTAC Linker 20, a PEG based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of a series of PROTACs.
