Characteristic
1. the nucleus was blue after staining, and the cytoplasm was pink or red.
2. the staining effect is good, the cell structure is clear and distinguishable, and the layer is thick and light.
3. the quality of the dye solution is stable and can be reused.
Usage method
The tissue sections were immersed in hematoxylin staining solution for 3-10 minutes, washed in water, 1% hydrochloric acid alcohol differentiated for several seconds, then washed back to blue, eosin staining solution for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
