Summary

Diuretic and diuretic drugs may increase the glomerular filtration rate or affect tubular reabsorption, secretion and excretion, resulting in an increase in urine output. Urine volume before and after drug administration was collected by the rat metabolic cage method to compare the changes in urine volume before and after drug administration.
