Product presentation:
Glycerin gelatin sealing solution is a kind of water-based sealing solution, which does not contain highly toxic phenol, and can be used for conventional sealing of various sections, smears, etc. The main active ingredients are gelatin and glycerin.
Procedure:
1. After staining the adherent cell sample, suck up the liquid. Add a drop of glycerin gelatin sealing solution to the slide, cover the cover glass with cells, and let the cells contact the sealing solution to avoid bubbles as much as possible. The cell sample can then be viewed under a microscope.
2. After the tissue section is stained, suck up the liquid. Add a drop of glycerin gelatin sealing solution to the tissue section, cover the cover glass, and let the section contact the sealing solution to avoid bubbles as much as possible. The tissue sections can then be viewed under a microscope.
Note: The sealing liquid is solid at a low temperature, and must be warmed in a water bath of 37~50°C before use, and used after completely dissolving. Tips: For your own safety, please take good protection before using the reagent, such as wearing a lab coat, wearing gloves, etc.
