Overview
hsa-miR-181b-5p agomir is a double-stranded miRNA mimic with specialized chemical modifications. The mature miRNA strand is fully 2'-O-methylated, contains 2 and 4 phosphorothioate backbone modifications at the 5' and 3' ends, respectively, and is conjugated with high‑affinity cholesterol‑TEG at the 3' terminus. They are designed to mimic endogenous miRNAs and recommended for miRNA functional studies. Compared with miRNA mimics, they exhibits enhanced cellular uptake, stability and regulatory activity in vivo.
