I want to obtain rare cells other than red blood cells and white blood cells in my sample and keep the original cell viability of the rare cells, is this lysate suitable?
We have not verified the effect of this lysate on the viability of other cells. Currently in peripheral blood, our main research study is still leukocytes. This lysate has little effect on leukocytes under normal conditions.
