Overview

MMP-2/MMP-9 Inhibitor II is a potent inhibitor of MMP-2 (IC|50|= 17 nM) and MMP-9 (IC|50|= 30 nM). MMP-2/MMP-9 Inhibitor II has been shown to induce and rapidly activate HIF. Also reported to inhibit Lewis lung carcinoma-induced lung colonization in a murine model.
