GRADE & PURITYCarrier Free?Carrier-free — supplied without added carrier protein/stabilizer. Use when carriers (e.g. BSA) would interfere with conjugation or sensitive assays.Bioactive?Bioactive grade — verified to retain biological activity in functional assays. Use when the molecule must be functionally active, not just pure.High Performance?High-performance grade with optimized purity and performance characteristics. Use for sensitive analyses where ordinary grades fall short.≥90%(SDS-PAGE)

Overview
Purity: ≥90%, by SDS-PAGE visualized with Coomassie® Blue Staining. Description: CCL3 is a cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family. Chemokines are a family of structurally related leukocyte chemoattractant cytokines that play a central role during immunoregulatory and inflammation processes. All chemokines contain four conserved cysteines linked by disulfide bonds, and two major subfamilies, namely CXC and CC, are defined on the basis of the first two cysteines which are separated by one amino acid or are adjacent. CCL3 is involved in the acute inflammatory state in the recruitment and activation of polymorphonuclear leukocytes.
