El Anticuerpo de Conejo anti DYRK2 Humano, Policlonal, puede ser usado para WB, etc. Aplicación WB: 1/500-1/2000 Función de la proteína Papel en la regulación del crecimiento y/o desarrollo celular. Regula el TP53 por fosforilación en Ser-46 para inducir la apoptosis en respuesta a daños en el ADN, funcionando por debajo de ATM. Inactiva GYS1 por fosforilación en Ser-641, y potencialmente también un segundo sitio de fosforilación, regulando así la síntesis de glucógeno. Fosforila EIF2B5 en Ser-544, permitiendo su posterior fosforilación e inhibición por GSK3, y puede desempeñar un papel más general en el cebado de sustratos de GSK3.
