Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (AF405) (Ab181953) - IF IF analysis of MMP9 (blue) in U2OS cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature.
