PVRIG/CD112R Antibody (Ab123977) - IHC Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human oophoroma. PVRIG/CD112R Antibody (Ab123977) was diluted at 1/200 (4°C overnight). Tris-EDTA, pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval. Secondary antibody was diluted at 1/200 (room temperature, 45 min).
PVRIG/CD112R Antibody (Ab123977) - IF/ICC IF analysis of PVRIG/CD112R Antibody (Ab123977) in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with PVRIG/CD112R Antibody (Ab123977) at 1/500 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (AF488) (Ab138205) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (green). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
