Función de la Proteína
Acepta ubiquitina del complejo E1 y cataliza su unión covalente a otras proteínas. Cataliza in vitro la poliubiquitinación ligada a 'Lys-48'. Interviene en la degradación selectiva de proteínas de vida corta y anormales. Interviene en la ubiquitinación de p53/TP53 inducida por E6/E6-AP. Interviene en la ubiquitinación de PEX5 y en la auto-ubiquitinación de CHIP, TRAF6 y TRIM63/MURF1. Ubiquitina la HSP90AB1 asociada a CHIP in vitro. Carece de especificidad inherente para cualquier residuo de lisina particular de ubiquitina. Esencial para la activación viral de IRF3. Interviene en la poliubiquitinación de CYP3A4

IF analysis of Recombinant SFT Antibody (Ab127323) in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with Recombinant SFT Antibody (Ab127323) at 1/200 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (AF647) (Ab181958) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (red). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
