Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human Squamous cell carcinoma of lung. RIT1/RIT Antibody (Ab125431) was diluted at 1/200 (4℃， overnight). Tris-EDTA, pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval. Secondary antibody was diluted at 1/200 (room temperature, 45 min).

IF analysis of RIT1/RIT Antibody (Ab125431) in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed with 4% PFA for 10 minutes, and blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with RIT1/RIT Antibody (Ab125431) at 1/200 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (AF647) (Ab181958) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (red). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
