dGTP, 2'-deoxyguanosine 5'-triphosphate, is commonly used in PCR, real-time PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA or DNA synthesis, primer extension reaction, DNA sequencing, and other conventional molecular biology applications.The molecular formula of dGTP is C10H13N5O13P3Na3 with a molecular weight of 573.2 (507.2 in acid form). Its maximum absorption wavelength is 253nm. This dGTP solution is prepared with ultrapure water to a concentration of 100mM. The pH is titrated to 7.5 with high-purity NaOH solution. This product is free of DNase and RNase. This product can be directly used for various conventional molecular biology applications such as PCR.
